Carl Timoleon von Neff
Carl Timoleon von Neff (1804-1877) was a Baltic German painter, born in Estonia and working in the Russian Empire.
This painting looks just like Nimfa by Henryk Siemiradzki, have a look.
For sure, they are 2 different paintings, but one of them must have copied the other's work. Funny isn't it? Anyway I like Siemiradziki's version more.;>
